<br /><br />(កម្មវិធីជាភាសាខ្មែរនេះពិបាករកដោនឡូតណាស់ )<br /><br /><br /><u>ប្រវត្ដិ គម្រោង</u><br /><br /><br />គំនិតនៃ ‘Digital Species’ គឺបង្កើតឡើងនូវទិន្នន័យប្រភេទឈើរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលមានលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួល សម្រាប់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ដែលរួមមាននូវចំណេះដឹងដ៏ស៊ីជម្រៅសម្រាប់ប្រភេទឈើនីមួយៗ និងអាចឲ្យគេធ្វើការស្វែងរកមើល និងកែតម្រូវព័ត៌មាន ។ បើប្រៀបធៀបទៅនឹងឯកសារ ដែលបានបោះពុម្ព<br /><br />កម្មវិធីកំព្យូទ័រនេះមាន ផ្ទុកនូវព័ត៌មានរស់ (living information)ដែលមានសក្ដានុពលសម្រាប់ការ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ថតចំចម្លង កែតម្រូវ និង ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព (updating) ។ ស៊ីឌីនៃ ‘Digital Species’ ធ្វើឲ្យមានភាពងាយស្រួល សម្រាប់ការផលិតឡើងវិញ និងសន្សំសំចៃ។ ដូចនេះធ្វើឲ្យវាមានភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងទទួលយកនូវចំនេះដឹងសម្រាប់សិស្សនិសិ្សត សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ វិទ្យាស្ថានស្រាវជ្រាវ រដ្ឋបាល ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល ។<br /><br />ការអភិវឌ្ឍ ‘Digital Species’ បានចាប់ផ្ដើមឡើងនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ 2003<br />ដែលមានលក្ខណៈជាការងារនិក្ខេបបទនៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រ ព្រៃឈើនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទកសិកម្ម ក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងត្រូវបានគាំទ្រ ដោយសេវាកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាល្លឺម៉ង់ ( German Development Service or DED) ។ រនិក្ខេបបទ ដែលមានចំណងជើងថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍទិន្នន័យឌីជីថលនៃប្រភេទរុក្ខជាតិ ព្រៃឈើ របស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា" ត្រូវបានស្នើសុំដោយលោក សំអឿន សូធារ៉ូ នៅក្នុងខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ 2004 ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ លោក វន មុនិន្ទ (ព្រឹទ្ធបុរសនៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រ ព្រៃឈើ) និងដោយមាន លោក សូ ធា (គម្រោងគ្រាប់ពូជឈើ នៅកម្ពុជា CTSP/DANIDA) លោក វ៉ា សុភ័ក្រតារា (សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ នៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រព្រៃឈើ ) និងលោក Jens Richter (ទីប្រឺក្សា អង្គការ DED ប្រចាំនៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រ ព្រៃឈើ ) ។ ការងារនិក្ខេបបទ នាំមានការបង្កើត នូវគំរូនៃកម្មវិធី ‘Digital Species’ ដែលរួម បញ្ជូលនូវក្រដាសទិន្នន័យចំនួន 3 ជាឧទាហរណ៍ ។ បន្ទាប់ពីការស្វែងរកថវិកាអស់រយៈពេល 7 ខែ ស្ថានទូកអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ប្រចាំនៅព្រះជាណា ចក្រកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើការគាំទ្រ ការអភិឌ្ឍនៃកម្មវិធីនេះបន្ដទៀត ដោយលោក សំអឿន សូធារ៉ូ ចាប់ពីខែ 05/2005 ទៅដល់ 12/2005 ( ជាការងារពេញម៉ោង ដែលមានរយៈពេល 8 ខែ) ក្រោមមកកម្មវិធី ‘Digital Species’ ជំនាន់ទី ១ ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ ។ អង្គការសេវាកម្ម អភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាល្លឺម៉ង (DED) ធ្វើការគាំទ្រ ទាំងថវិការ និងបច្ចេកទេស សម្រាប់ការប្រមូល ក្រដាសទិន្នន័យ ។ ចាប់ពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ 2005 ទៅដល់ ខែ ធ្នូ 2006 លោក Mathias Petri (ទីប្រឹក្សាអង្គការ DED ប្រចាំនៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រ ព្រៃឈើ) បានទទួលខុសត្រូវ ក្នុងការដឹកនាំរៀបចំ និងបញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីនេះ ដោយធ្វើការសហការជាមួយ លោក សំអឿន សូធារ៉ូ ដែលជាអ្នកសរសេរកម្មវិធី ។ ការប្រមូលក្រដាសទិន្នន័យ អាស្រ័យដោយមានការសហការរវាង មហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រ ព្រៃឈើ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទកសិកម្ម និងមហាវិទ្យាល័យព្រៃឈើ នៃសាលាជាតិកសិកម្មព្រែកលាប ហើយត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់នៅខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ 2006 ។<div>

ការប្រមូលទិន្នន័យរួមមាន :<br />ការបង្កើតនូវប្រភពបញ្ចីរាយឈ្មោះ (សៀវភៅ ការបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយ CD-ROMs និងប្រភព ព័ត៌មានតាមអ៊ីធើណេត ) និងការប្រមូលនូវក្រដាសទិន្នន័យ ។<br />· ការប្រមូលទិន្នន័យ ដោយការបញ្ជូលព័ត៌មាន ទៅក្នុងក្រដាសប្រមូលទិន្នន័យ ។<br />· ការកែសម្រួលទិន្នន័យ (ការប្រមូលផ្ដុំនូវទិន្នន័យពីឯកសារពិគ្រោះជាច្រើន នៅក្នុងអត្ថបទ តែមួយ) អាស្រ័យទៅតាមទម្រង់របស់ទិន្នន័យ ។<br />· ក្រៅពីការប្រមូលទិន្នន័យ តារាងពាក្យបច្ចេកទេស ដែលទាក់ទងនឹងអេកូឡូស៊ី និងពាក្យគន្លឹះផ្សេងៗទៀត ត្រូវបានបង្កើត និងបន្ថែមទៅក្នុងស៊ីឌី ។<br />· ជាចុងក្រោយអង្គការ DED អាចធ្វើការផលិតនូវ ‘Digital Species’ ជំនាន់ទីមួយ (150 ស៊ីឌី) និងធ្វើការចេញឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់នូវកម្មវិធីនេះជាលើកដំបូង ។<br /><br />
ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងភាពជោគជ័យ នៃជំនាន់ទីមួយរបស់ Digital Species និង ការដឹងគុណដល់ការគាំទ្រផ្នែកថវិការ និងអ្នកជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសនៃអង្គការ DED, INWENT ស្ថានទូកអាល្លឺម៉ង់ប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា និងសេវាកម្មអ្នកជំនាញការអាល្លឺម៉ង់(German Senior Expert Service) ក្រុមអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍបានបន្ដការងាររបស់ពួកគេ ដើម្បីសម្រេចនូវជំនាន់ទីពីររបស់ Digital Species ។ ក្នុងអំឡុងនៃការបំពេញការងារនៅឆ្នាំ 2007 ការកែលម្អរសំខាន់ៗ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើង ដូចជាការបង្កើននូវចំនួនក្រដាសទិន្នន័យ និងព័ត៌មាននិងការផលិតជាលើកដំបូងបំផុតនូវកម្មវីធីជាភាសារខ្មែរ ។<br /><br />ទោះបីយ៉ាងណា កម្មវិធីជំនាន់ថ្មីនេះ បានបំពេញនូវគោលដៅនៃការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងជាឧបករណ៍ ដែលមានភាពប្រែប្រួលទៅតាមស្ថានភាព ហើយប្រភពនៃព័ត៌មានគឺនៅផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទៅនឹងគំនិតនៃគម្រោង ដែលមានភាពរស់រវើក “living project” និងបន្ដស្វែរកនូវព័ត៌មានច្រើនទៀត និងធ្វើការកែលម្អរសម្រាប់អនាគត ។ នៅអំឡុងពេលនេះ រាល់មតិរិះគន់កែលម្អរ និងការចូលរួម ត្រូវបានស្វាគមន៍ !<br /><br />ទាញយក កម្មវិធី ទិន្នន័យ ឌីជីថល ប្រភេទ រុក្ខជាតិ ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា ដោយ  <a href="http://www.mediafire.com/folder/58zjikyoab7fo/Digital_Species_Version_2" style="font-family: "khmer os"; font-size: 13.5pt;" target="_blank">ចុចត្រង់នេះ</a></div>

It makes your subject smaller than it needs to be and can also leave viewers confused about what they’re supposed to be looking at.</div>

To avoid these problems you should zoom in to fill the frame, or get closer to the subject in question. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut and take every picture with the camera held horizontally. Try turning it to get a vertical shot instead, adjusting your position or the zoom setting as you experiment with the new style. You can often improve on both horizontal and vertical shots by cropping the photo later.</div>

When you’re just starting out, it’s tempting to put whatever you’re shooting right in the centre of the frame. However, this produces rather static, boring pictures. One of the ways to counteract this is to use the Rule of Thirds, where you split the image up into thirds, both horizontally and vertically, and try to place your subject on one of these imaginary lines or intersections. This is an overrated approach, though.</div>

Horizontal lines lend a static, calm feel to a picture, while vertical ones often suggest permanence and stability. To introduce a feeling of drama, movement or uncertainty, look for diagonal lines instead.</div>

You can need nothing more than a shift in position or focal length to get them – wider angles of view tend to introduce diagonal lines because of the increased perspective; with wide-angle lenses you’re more likely to tilt the camera up or down to get more of a scene in.</div>

Even though photographs themselves are static, they can still convey a strong sense of movement. When we look at pictures, we see what’s happening and tend to look ahead – this creates a feeling of imbalance or unease if your subject has nowhere to move except out of the frame.</div>

Don’t just concentrate on your subject – look at what’s happening in the background, too. This ties in with simplifying the scene and filling the frame. You can’t usually exclude the background completely, of course, but you can control it.</div>

Bright primary colours really attract the eye, especially when they’re contrasted with a complementary hue. But there are other ways of creating colour contrasts – by including a bright splash of colour against a monochromatic background, for example. Photo composition is a little like a visual language – you can use it to make your pictures pass on a specific message. However, just as we sometimes use the written word to create a deliberately jarring effect, we can do the same with photos by breaking with standard composition conventions.</div>

The basic foundation for successful flowing water images, especially waterfalls, is choosing the right location for the shot. Waterfalls are notoriously difficult to access, because most times they are found in rugged terrain. Be careful when choosing your location. It’s much better to approach a waterfall from below than from above; look for a route down near the water. By watching the light, you may find there is a perfect time for shooting.</div>

To create the milky white or silky smooth water shot, you need to choose the right shutter speed carefully. The variance between 1/30 and 1/15 of a second could be the difference between a great shot and just a good shot.
